What data we process and why

Quote form: name, phone, email, service, preferred office and your message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.

WhatsApp, phone and email: the data you give us when you write or call, for the same purpose. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.

Clients: if you hire a service, we will process the data and documents needed to provide it (for example, to file declarations with customs) and to meet our legal obligations.

Web analytics: only if you accept it in the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 collects browsing data so we know which pages are useful. More information in the cookie policy.

Legal basis

  • Replying to your enquiry: your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Providing the service you hire: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b).
  • Meeting tax, accounting and customs obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).
  • Web analytics: your consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep the data

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. Client data is kept while the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law (tax, accounting and customs).

Recipients

We do not pass your data on to third parties except where required by law or necessary for the service (for example, the customs and tax authorities). Our web hosting and email provider (IONOS) and, only if you accept analytics, Google have access as data processors.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. It does so under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to melilla@agenciaaranda.es or by post to our address. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to information is limited to the people who need it to help you.

This English version is provided for information. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
