Since 1948 we have been doing the same thing: making sure goods, vehicles and parcels get through customs without problems. In all this time the rules, the systems and the way we communicate have changed. What has not changed is how we work: knowing each procedure well, explaining it clearly and replying quickly.
We are a customs agency with our head office in Melilla and a second office in Málaga. We work with individuals, shops and businesses from all over Spain.
What we do
- Vehicle import and IPSI: cars and motorbikes entering Melilla or returning to the mainland.
- Customs clearance for goods: import and export with their declaration.
- Postal parcels: online purchases and shipments held at customs.
- T1 transit: goods moving under customs control.

Why experience matters in customs
Customs rules are full of details: a tariff code, a missing certificate, a residence requirement missed by a few weeks. Each detail can mean goods held at the port or paying more than you should. Experience helps spot those details before they become a problem.
In Melilla, the regime is also special: the city is outside the EU customs union and the VAT area, and IPSI applies. Working here since 1948 means we know those particularities well.
